Self Inquiry for the Ringmaster
The world’s fury is translated into joy when I hold the reigns. Simply stand in awe at my gentle disposition as I hold everyones’ calamities at bay. The sad faced clowns supporting me can’t help but falter. I harness them forgivingly because (and here’s the rub) their everyday proclamations of self contempt are all I have to alleviate my own. I belong to an outward journey that knows no other way in. Behaving as a Ringmaster offers peril if I don’t attune my act with soul companions to deliver my unspoken anguish. When I fail to integrate both the deficient and generous parts of myself, I can end up staging the greatest high wire act on earth with no net beneath.
